Hello Friends!

Are you tired of battling acne and pimples, especially before that big event or college fest? You're not alone! In today's newsletter, I will shares an easy 3-step remedy to help you say goodbye to pesky pimples!

Why Do We Get Pimples? Our skin has small pores that can become clogged with dead skin cells and dirt, leading to acne. Hormonal changes in teenagers can also make our sebaceous glands more active, increasing the chances of breakouts.

The 3-Step Remedy:

  1. Steaming

    • Open your skin pores with warm steam. Use a clean towel to cover your head and bowl of warm water.

  2. Cleaning and Moisturizing

    • Use rose water with a cotton ball to clean your face, removing excess oil.

    • Follow up with aloe vera gel gently on your skin. Let it soak for 1-2 hours without applying anything else.

  3. Spot Treatment

Choose one of the following remedies:

    • Remedy 1: Mix 1 tbsp Fuller's Earth, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, and 1/2 tsp Honey with rose water. Apply it gently on pimples, let it dry overnight, and wash off in the morning.

    • Remedy 2: Mix 1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder, 1 tsp Sandalwood Powder, and 2-3 drops of Tea Tree Oil with rose water. Apply and leave overnight for best results.

Additional Tips to Prevent Pimples:

  • Wash your face twice a day.

  • Use toner after cleansing.

  • Keep your skin hydrated and moisturized.

  • Wash your towels and pillow covers weekly.

  • Eat healthy and drink plenty of water.

  • Avoid touching or breaking pimples.

  • Stay stress-free and get enough sleep.

He rejects despair and embraces a sense of urgency, wanting to reconnect and reconnect with nature, and with those he cares about, as a reaffirmation of life amidst uncertainty.
